8. Non-target donation — a charitable donation for which the Benefactor did not indicate a specific purpose. In such a case, the Foundation has the right to use it at its own discretion within the framework of its statutory activities.

9. Target donation — a charitable donation made for a specific purpose specified by the Benefactor during the transfer of funds (for example, “for animal feed”, “for treatment”, etc.).

10. The parties to the agreement are the Foundation and the Benefactor, between whom an agreement on the provision of a charitable donation has been concluded.
1. Subject of the Public Offer

1.1. The Foundation offers any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Benefactor) to voluntarily make an irrevocable charitable donation to achieve and implement the goals, objectives and areas of activity of the Foundation, as defined by
the Charter.

2. Acceptance of the offer

2.1. The Benefactor's full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this offer is the deposit of funds by the Benefactor into the Foundation's bank account using the details specified in this offer, or through the payment form (banking service) on the Foundation's Website.

2.2. Taking the actions provided for in clause 2.1 of this Agreement indicates that the Benefactor has familiarized himself with the terms of this Public Offer, understands and fully accepts them.

3. Charitable donation

3.1. A charitable donation is voluntary, irrevocable, non-refundable and is used by the Foundation to implement its statutory activities in accordance with the provisions of the Foundation's Charter and the current legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. The benefactor has the right to independently determine:
● the amount of the donation, based on his own capabilities and charitable desire;
● the form of the donation - money transfer, material assets, equipment, food, medicines, services, etc. (upon prior agreement with the Foundation);
● recurrence of the donation: monthly or one-time contribution (donation)
● the intended purpose of the donation, i.e. the specific purpose for which it should be spent (for example: "for a mine-clearing machine", "for a logistics robot, "for the statutory activities of the fund", "for assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine", etc.).

3.3. If, when making a donation, the Benefactor did not specify its specific purpose (for example, in the purpose of the payment or in writing), such a donation is considered non-targeted. In this case, the Foundation has the right to independently determine the method of its use within the framework of the LIFE ROBOTS UA project, its statutory activities and in accordance with urgent needs.

3.4. In the case of a targeted donation, the Foundation undertakes to make every effort to use the funds for the purpose specified by the Benefactor. If, for any objective reasons, the use of the donation for the purpose chosen by the Benefactor is impossible or has lost its relevance, the Foundation has the right to:

● apply to The Benefactor (if contact details are available) to agree on an alternative use of funds;
or, in the absence of feedback, independently determine another direction for spending funds within the LIFE ROBOTS UA project, its statutory activities and in accordance with urgent needs, having previously published information on the website www.liferobots.com.ua

3.5. The Benefactor confirms that all funds or other resources transferred by him to the Foundation are of legal origin, that he has the right to dispose of these resources and that the donation does not violate the legal rights and interests of third parties.

3.6. If desired, the Benefactor may contact the Foundation with a request for confirmation of the receipt and use of his donation. The Foundation undertakes to provide such information within a reasonable time and within the framework of applicable legislation.

3.7. The charitable collection within the LIFE ROBOTS UA project consists of several target stages:

The first goal is 1,000,000 US dollars
The second goal is 2,600 000 USD
Third goal – 12,000,000 USD

Collection deadline – until July 1, 2026.

The project can be extended if you subscribe for annual support until 07/01/2026. In this case, the fund will continue to fulfill its obligations: the funds received will be used for further purchases of demining robots and their transfer to the relevant units - until the funds received are used in full.

If the fund account has an amount insufficient to purchase a full-fledged robot, the remaining funds will be directed to the purchase of humanitarian aid for the units with which the fund cooperates. This may include generators, power banks, starlinks, first aid supplies and other forms of humanitarian support.

3.8. Payer's consent: Donations made in support of this project may be redistributed or used within other projects of the “Kyiv-style” NGO, if the fundraiser for a specific project will be closed or become irrelevant. The donation is non-refundable.
