laiti biriukova ON LIFE ROBOTS UA project

1. Why did you decide to join the Life Robots UA project?I decided to join the project because I know that I can be useful, and I don’t care what fate awaits my country. In addition, the project is organized by wonderful people with whom you want to be on the same team and do a common good deed.
2. Do you remember the moment when you realized that you can’t stand aside? It wasn’t any specific moment — I generally can’t remain indifferent and aside. From the very beginning of the full-scale invasion, I tried to help those I could. This project especially touched me and gave me the opportunity to join something bigger.
3. What does this project mean to you personally? The opportunity to help my country in difficult times. To invest in its future with your time and efforts.
4. How has your life changed since you started participating in this project?Life hasn't changed much. But in any case, I'm always happy to be useful and join in good deeds.
5. Why robots? Why do you think it's important for the front now?I like how robots are used in completely different areas today. In this case, there is an opportunity to save human lives with their help - it's priceless. Of course, we need to use it.
6. What human story or fact particularly touched you and prompted you to take action? All stories are difficult and touch your soul. I have acquaintances and friends at the front. All this makes you do something, not stand aside.
7. How do you explain the essence of the project to friends or relatives who are not very knowledgeable about technology?Without going into details, I will say that thanks to the support of the project, thousands of lives can be saved, that in certain tasks, instead of living people, machines can bring benefit at the front. I think this idea is grandiose.
8. What is unique about the project - what do other foundations not do, but you do?The project is narrowly focused, which makes it easier to cover its needs, to attract, perhaps, a certain target audience.
9. Do you believe that ordinary people can influence the course of the war? How exactly?Of course, it is ordinary people who work miracles. I have been convinced of this all my life. Especially people united by a common idea and mutual support can alleviate the consequences of the war and bring people in Ukraine closer to returning to normal life.
10. What do you say to yourself or others when things get difficult or scary?I always try to remember how many times in my life it was difficult and how I always found support in myself and coped, of course, not without the help and support of my family. I think that if you do your best in a difficult situation, remain honest and open to others and believe in yourself first of all, then the Universe/fate/luck will not leave you - and everything will work out. I tell myself and others: even in difficult moments, when you yourself need help - help your neighbor, you will not become poorer, but it will become easier. It helps me.
11. What strength have you seen in people who are already helping? The strength to help others when it’s hard for you is power. I try to find this strength in myself and use it. It makes me feel happier.
12. Do you have a dream related to the future of Ukraine and this project?Of course, everyone has the same dream. Right now, I really want to implement the project, see the robots work and the positive results from it. I think it will be very inspiring to continue working on the project.
13. What would you say to someone who is hesitating whether to help or not?Persuading people to help is definitely not my style. The desire should come from within, ideas should resonate. And I am ready to inform and tell people a lot about our project. I hope that with my participation I will inspire and inspire trust in friends and acquaintances.
14. Why is even one donation important to you?Of course, every contribution is important. Small things always make big things. A bird builds its nest with crumbs.
15. If you could convey one message to everyone reading this interview — what would you say?Do possible good deeds from the heart day after day — and the quality of your life will change for the better! Verified.
